Technological Education

Counselor. Mohamed Elsir Massaad has extensive experience in the field of ICT-based education. He founded the Technological Education Project in Sudan (TEPS) , a partnership between the Sudanese government, private sector, and voluntary sector. The founding partners of this project are: The Federal Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Communications, The National Telecom Corporation, The National Information Center, Sudatel Group for Communications, The Association for the Promotion of Scientific Innovation, The General Coordination for National Service, This foundation works to harness ICT in the educational process. Over 13 years, it has trained no less than 70,000 teachers in all Sudanese states on a basic digital teaching course. It has also implemented a project to enable teachers to own laptops, tablets, and internet service on installments for two years, financed by commercial banks.

After a long experience in Sudan, he established the Global Technological Education Network (GTEN)  in UK with partners from the United States and the United Kingdom to develop projects and programs in the field of technological education and establish local foundations in countries in partnership with governments to harness information and communication technology in the educational process in partnership with reputable global companies.

Teachers Owning Laptops, Tablets & Internet Service

More than 23, 000 teachers have owned a laptop, tablet, and internet service in all states of Sudan, funded by Omdurman National Bank, Workers Bank, and El-Neelain Bank.

Rehabilitation of Educational Institutions Technology

More than 60,000 teachers have owned a laptop, tablet, and internet service in all states of Sudan, funded by Omdurman National Bank, Workers Bank, and El-Neelain Bank.

Relations with Government Officials

The project management in the State of Sudan enjoys strong relations with the leadership of the state, ministers and directors of institutions in order to facilitate the implementation of the stages, programs and activities of the project in the State of Sudan.

Throughout more than fifteen years of working on technological Education projects, have built strong relationships with global partners who have the necessary financial and technical expertise in this field.
